The Little One has been progressing nicely. Even the bus driver commented on how much he's speaking. He is even picking up things he shouldn't like -chicken butt! He memorizes parts from movies and uses them in the correct context. Yesterday was his best yet. That's So Raven is one of his favorite shows. There is a scene when her father tells her, "No TV, No Phone, No Friends! Now got to your room!" Last year, I was scolding his brothers for horsing around in the living room. He stood and pointed his little finger at them, while reciting these words. Yesterday, I was scolding The Entrepreneur. The Little One came over and stated, "No Phone, No Computer and No Myspace Movies! Now go to your room!" We all stopped, shocked at his outburst. We couldn't stop laughing at his words. How he tailored the perfect consequence for his brother!

One thing that has made me very happy is that he has been cast in the drama club. He is a movie buff, often reciting entire scenes from The Cheetah Girls 2 and Peter Pan (England's Version). He is quite the little actor which makes his mommy very proud. The little preformer stole the Christmas Show. Being accustomed to attending Jonas Brothers' concerts and the latest Cheetah Girl tour, he loves to perform. When his turn came to sing his song, he took the mike and acted like the performer he is. Tears streamed down my cheeks as I watched my little man grab the mike and steal the show. People clapped and commented on his natural stage presence. Speech is difficult for him, but he doesn't let it stop him from singing and performing.

His father bought him a set of drums for Christmas. He has a knack for it-after all he is his father's son. His father's affinity for the drums and his mom's love for performing are the perfect mix. His play will be on May 11. We'll all be there to cheer him on. Even if his part only has a few words, it will enough to say.........A Star Is Born.......

Well done Little One. We'll be here as you continue to astound us with your tenacity to persevere.

DUIs Are Serious!

DUIs shouldn't happen. Unfortunately, people don't use their common sense. Many times, people make the wrong choice. To make matters worse, sometimes it effects innocent lives.

This video is an example of how people don't use their common sense. The guy is so drunk, he's a court jester. It made me laugh so hard, I cried. It's a funny video, but it could have had horrible consequences.

Next time you see someone this drunk, do yourself and the world a favor .....
TAKE THEIR CAR KEYS AWAY!
