Shopping Around for Furniture

It is just like me to start worrying about the next phase of a project without even finishing the first phase. I am currently giving one of my living rooms a much needed overhaul. The furniture was purchased with my ex, that tells you how old it is. I hate it anyway, so it is going to the dump. (Don't worry, the damage that it has is irreversible.) I am looking for a chaise lounge to add to the room. It will keep the room with the Victorian era charm I worked hard to acquire.

There are many sites on the web that offer the convenience of online shopping. There is one by the name of LenoirEmpireFurniture.com that has Bassett, Broyhill, American Leather and even Century furniture. There is only one thing that is frustrating with the site. I'm shopping with the intent to buy, but like so many other online furniture stores-they don't provide the price.

I wonder how many customers are lost because of that? How many people will actually go through the trouble of filling out a form, just to wait for a rep with a quote. My guess is way less than half. It can't be good for business, at least not on the net...
