The weekend is here once again. I am making this short because I'm battling a migraine.
Update on the Dwarves:
Sleepy Dwarf has completely isolated himself from the family. He failed to heed my warnings to save up for a car so that he could go to school and work. I can't drive him around everyday. I was doing that and burning out. Meanwhile, he blew his money on video games. His father allows him to waste his time. He stays up all night playing video games and gets up at 2pm to eat. His father has told me I am to not say anything to him. What??? (What kind of parenting is that?) I've been reduced to room and board. What does this do to the other kids? It motivates them. They say they don't want to be so unfocused in life. Like the saying goes, "The apple didn't fall far from the tree."
The Chatterbox is doing very well in school. As you know, my sister told her she would give her her Honda Accord if she did well in school. Needless to say, she is passing all her classes.
The Comedian loves JROTC. He is also doing well in school. He is very curious about all the online income streams I am using. We're getting ready to dabble in the stcok marekt through sharebuilder. (If there is anyone that wants to learn how you can earn money by blogging, writing articles, surveys or answering questions visit this site: MAKE MONEY ONLINE.) One more thing, he can't stop talking about a new gadget. Heard of the FLY pen? He's fascinated with it.
The Diva is sad. The Jonas Brothers are touring outside of the tri-state area and taking a month's vacation. She is pretty angry about it. Well, I told her...."Everyone needs to rest!!!!!!!"
The Entrepreneur is very popular in middle school. A little girl asked HIM out. What a bold little girl, huh? What does this mean? That's what I asked. Pretty much ...nothing. They get the thrill of saying, "I'm going out with someone". They don't eat lunch together, they never hang out and they don't walk together in the hallway. Oh, there is the ocassional IM or phone call. Kids...they want to grow up too fast!
The Princess loves her teacher. She had APPLE DAY today to celebrate the harvest. She's doing well in school. She is ecstatic that my parents are in NY. I'm having the necessary repairs done to the house. After that, my parents will probably come to stay for a week or two. The Princess is thrilled!
The Little One is continuing to learn new words everyday and use them appropriately in conversation. Yesterday, he saw his older sister The Diva as she arrived home. He turned to her and said, "How was your day?" We were shocked. Another cure thing he did was when we were at the supermarket and he saw flowers. His dad buys me flowers ocassionally. He grabbed them and said, "Mommy......fowers fo you!" Of course everyone that witnessed thought it was so cute. I was just thrilled that he is talking so much!
Here's a drawing of The Comedian, The Princess and The Diva. They're always silly .........and I love it!
Want to laugh? This is the latest song and dance craze to hit this house: Bazooka! It reminds me of the Fanta commericals. This is the latest link monster on myspace. Pretty funny, huh?
