Here's The Beginning...

Everything I did always had to be big. I couldn't just get an A, I had to have the 105% with the extra credit. I couldn't have one job, I had to have two and go to college full time. And so, when I had a family... I guess old habits die hard. I started out hating kids. I wanted a career, a loft in Manhattan, NYC night life complete with dancing and dining, ... I wanted it all. Children were hindrances and nuisances to all the great things I wanted. Boy,was I in for it!!

The first one to win my heart was not even biologically mine. She was my neice, but I was there for the first sonogram and I was there for the birth. I was there for all the firsts, ironically she became my first and oldest child. The first one to shop for and the first one to teach the important lesson of shopping. CHARGE!!! (Well, she learned that lesson all too well.) Then I fell in love and next came my first biological child, then my second and ... you get the picture. So, later I took a break and then came two more. It wasn't over though. Then came the 16 yr old that needed a home, some love and a lot of discipline and guidance.

So, my great dislike of children turned into living like Snow White, complete with the dwarves. Easy it is not, but my life has never been easy. As I have explained, I always took the harder way because I thrived in it. So,that is how I ended up with Seventh Heaven, only my sitcom doesn't always end happily.

But of course not, it is real life!!!
